The Amigo Room – A Fun, Supportive Space for School-Age Kids

Designed Just for Ages 5 to 12

At Amigo Preschools, our school-age program is centered in a dedicated space called The Amigo Room. This area is exclusively designed for children ages 5 to 12 who attend before and after school care or summer programs.


With age-appropriate activities, a comfortable setting, and plenty of social and academic support, The Amigo Room gives older children a place to belong, socialize, learn, and grow outside of regular school hours.

Meals, Transportation, and DES Approval

All school-age children enrolled in The Amigo Room program receive:

  • Breakfast, lunch, and two daily snacks
  • Transportation to and from local schools (as available)
  • Access to DES-funded childcare programs for qualifying families

Full-Day Care During Breaks

When school is out, The Amigo Room stays open. We offer full-day care for holidays, early release days, and school breaks, including summer.
